In spring, after two months of bottle aging, Bianco dei Neri is ready to be enjoyed. What better dish to combine with than pasta or risotto with wild asparagus, which produce generous harvests in this period of the year. The fragrance of Sauvignon Blanc, with fresh vegetal nuances, is reminiscent of delicious sprouts. The acidity and sapidity of this wine perfectly balance the creamy texture and the sweet notes of asparagus.
